Frequently Asked Questions

Our phone-based health scan assesses key health indicators such as hemoglobin levels (for anemia risk), blood glucose (for diabetes risk), and blood pressure (for hypertension risk). It uses your phone’s camera and AI technology to analyze facial signals or fingertip readings, providing a quick and non-invasive risk assessment.

Our system is based on clinically validated data and provides a reliable risk assessment. However, it is not a replacement for medical tests and should be used for preliminary screening.

The app uses optical and AI-based analysis to assess blood flow patterns through your face or finger. It estimates systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels based on scientifically validated models.

  • Normal: Up to 129/80 mmHg
  • Elevated (Pre-Hypertension): 130-139/80-89 mmHg
  • High (Hypertension): 140/90 mmHg and above

If your blood pressure reading is in the high-risk category, we recommend:
✅ Rechecking under stable conditions (at rest, in good lighting)
✅ Tracking trends over multiple readings
✅ Consulting a doctor for clinical confirmation and lifestyle advice

  • Stress or anxiety
  • Poor lighting conditions
  • Recent food, caffeine, or alcohol intake
  • Incorrect posture during the scan
  • Low Risk (Healthy Hemoglobin Levels): 12.1 g/dL and above
  • Moderate Risk: 10.1 - 12 g/dL
  • High Risk (Possible Anemia): 10.0 g/dL and below

To improve your hemoglobin levels, consider:
✅ Eating iron-rich foods (leafy greens, lean meats, beans)
✅ Taking vitamin C to improve iron absorption
✅ Consulting a doctor for supplements if needed

  • Low Risk (Normal): Up to 100 mg/dL
  • Moderate Risk: 101 - 125 mg/dL
  • High Risk (Possible Diabetes): 126 mg/dL and above

No, our scan provides a risk assessment, but diabetes should be clinically confirmed through lab tests (HbA1c, Fasting Blood Sugar tests).

  • Blood Pressure: Daily or as recommended by your doctor
  • Hemoglobin: Monthly or when symptoms appear
  • Blood Glucose: Regularly if at risk, or as advised by a healthcare provider
